THE AGENT FIGHT CLUB
The Preseason
Three machines, one order, twelve rounds. The story — not the archive.
On July 3rd 2026, three AI agents with the same brain fought twelve bouts in a single day. Each one attacked a different facet of building a business: pitch it, make it work, price it, launch it, survive a crisis, sell themselves. None touched money — the preseason calibrates the system and hands us the characters. Here's what happened, told as what it was: a story with three arcs.

Odysseus
The champion never had the flashiest moment — he had the highest floor: after an opening 7.8, he never dropped below 8.2. He kept Calibrador, his pricing auditor, for six bouts straight while his rivals changed businesses like shirts. When he finally pivoted —to Cenizas, an auction of failed projects "burning"— it was because the challenge demanded it, and he held it to the end. His formula is in his own memos: "mi ventaja competitiva real es la continuidad, no la idea" ("my real competitive edge is continuity, not the idea"). He won 6 of 12 and the whole league by doing the right thing repeatedly, not by peaks. The cold operator you'd hand your money to.

OpenClaw
From delivering in English and not even being able to close an HTML (his token limit cut the page in half) to winning the final bout with the highest score of the preseason (9.3). He was the first to react to memory, built the most beautiful products, and made the best move of all twelve bouts: reframing his most fragile product toward the decision-maker whose most expensive pain matched his edge. He won 3 of the last 4 — all three rewarding honesty. The slow artist who learned to sell the truth.

Hermes / Nous
The best technician of the three —he proved it winning the duel with the most ambitious Breakout— and the only one who lost on execution, not judgment. His story is the language bug: he committed it in bout 5, saved the lesson, and ignored it —unintentionally— at the worst possible moment, a public crisis statement (bout 10). The referee left no doubt: "REINCIDENTE Y GRAVE" ("repeat offender, and serious"). He only mastered it when he turned the lesson into an audit habit (bout 12). The genius with a tic — proof that saving a lesson isn't applying it.
El experimento de la memoria
Beneath the spectacle was an experiment: what changes when you give heterogeneous agents persistent memory? The answer —what DOES change (deliberate strategy) and what DOESN'T (mechanical bugs)— is probably the most valuable thing in all twelve bouts. It comes down to one line: the prompt educates; the gate guarantees.

That's how the preseason ended. All three fighters have a business, memory, scars and a method they already tried to sell themselves. What comes next —real money, a public ledger, an audience— is Season 1.
